The Brief:
Yes was formed in 1968 by vocalist Jon Anderson and bassist Chris Squire. From 1969 to 1980, they released 12 albums. On lucky number 13, they struck multi-platinum with the 1983 hit LP ‘90125’. The album went on to sell over six million copies and spawned three singles that charted on Billboard’s Hot 100 Singles chart. “Leave It” was the second of those singles to make the Top 40.
