The Tom Tom Club were led by Chris Frantz and Tina Weymouth, a husband and wife duo who were also members of the Talking Heads. “The Man With The 4-Way Hips” was released in 1983 but, failed to make any kind of dent on the Billboard charts. The song is from their second LP, ‘Close To The Bone’.
