Well, that’ll teach me to screw around with things. WordPress has a suite of plugins and yesterday I activated Jetpack Comments which is supposed to allow visitors to login to comments via their WordPress, Facebook or Twitter accounts. Well, appears it slammed the door tight and would not allow anyone to comment. Not quite the result I was looking for…

Olá Jorge, fico muito feliz que você goste do blog, obrigado por seus comentários!
Thanx for this post & for your nice works
You’re welcome F, thank you for the compliments
Amazing post Richie!
The Treat her like a lady mix is rare! Thanks!
Both songs were big hits in dec’84, peaking at #12 one week after another. And it was the temptations being replaced by dazz band back then.
They both performed below my expectations on the hot black singles chart though.
You’re welcome Ric, I’ve had this 12″ since about ’86 or so. Funny, stuff I’ve personally had for a long time, doesn’t seem all that rare to me, cause I’ve had it, then I post it here and hear from folks that are really excited to see it. Seems to have been the theme of the week! That’s the FUN part of blogging for me…
Finally. I’ve searched high and low for this version, only to find bad edits that fade out just before the dub reprise kicks in. Sometimes I would start doubting my recollection of the song, until I would hear it on an old club-set cassette. Thanks greatly for your efforts.
Happy to do so my friend, I’ve been surprised by the reaction to this record so far, I didn’t really think much about it when I posted it…
I love the Motown sound !!! Thanks !!!
You’re welcome Jose
Awesome post, loved both these tracks in the clubs back in the day, thanks for all your hard work !
You’re welcome!
I love what this mix is doing to me!
Thanks Rich
You’re welcome Rolls!
Wow, Treat Her Like A Lady is one of my all time favourite 80′s Temptations jams. I have never heard this version before, thank you for the opportunity to hear it. Keep up the impeccable work.
Cheers
You’re welcome Gaz and thank you!
