The Brief:
The follow-up single to “Blueberry Gossip” was “True Ecstasy”. The song was promoted as a “Quiet Storm” type song as you can see by this promo 12” that is noted as an A&M Night play record. Despite that, the song failed to chart and the ‘Blueberry Gossip’ LP sales were disappointing as well which lead to the band breaking up in 1989.
