The A Side:
A Love Bizarre 3:46
The B Side:
A Love Bizarre, Part II 3:50
The Brief:
Due to the tepid chart success of “Sister Fate”, “A Love Bizarre” was quickly released as the second single in support of the ‘Sheila E. in Romance 1600’ LP. Billed as a duet with Prince, the song enjoyed very good chart success, becoming her second best charting single and final Top 40 single on the Hot 100. “A Love Bizarre” was performed in the film Krush Groove but, was not on the film’s soundtrack. Just as “The Glamorous Life” did, “A Love Bizarre” spent two weeks at #1 on the Hot Dance/Disco singles chart.
