The Brief:
April Harris, Michelle Visage and Idalis DeLeon made up the group Seduction. The group was assembled and produced by Robert Clivilles and David Cole, later known as C+C Music Factory. “Two To Make It Right” first charted on the Billboard Hot 100 singles on 11/11/89 at #78 and climbed all the way to the #2 spot. It spent two weeks at #2, denied the top spot by Paula Abdul’s “Opposites Attract”. It’s total stay on the chart was 23 weeks. Surprisingly, it did not chart on the Hot Black Singles chart. It did hit #1 on the US Dance chart.
