The Brief:
Almost one year after its release, the self-titled debut LP from Ready For The World began losing steam on the charts, one last single was released to promote the album. “Ceramic Girl” was the final single release from an LP that wound up attaining Platinum sales status and reached #17 and #3 on the Billboard 200 and Hot Black Albums charts, respectively.
