This has different filenames but identical audio to the commercial 12″ posted earlier.
Are you telling me that the b-side isn’t the single version? The a-side is identical on both records.
Heh, no, I didn’t say quite what I meant to say, which is this: in both RARs, there’s a file called “01-Let’s Work (Dance Remix) (Long Version).flac”. They have the exact same audio and properties:
Audio MD5 = 0A8373985F060BA328826A99AC5123AB
Duration = 8:04.000 (21 344 405 samples)
Modified = 2011-01-08 14:45:41
File size = 55.4MB (58 147 585 bytes)
So it seems you only ripped one of the records’ A-sides, or you got the files mixed up when you were creating the RARs.
Although the music is the same, I would like to hear both. Sometimes they change the mastering between the promo and commercial edition. Sometimes one was pressed from relatively “virgin” plates as compared to the other. Sometimes one record was better cared-for than the other.
