I wore out her Every Home Should Have One album…so many great songs there…subsequent singles are just as good, but they fail to make much impact.
All Behind Us Now is one favourite. Gimme Gimme Gimme is another.
Actually there 4 singles from Gettin’ Away With Murder. “Honey For The Bees”, “In The Heat Of Heat”, “Only A Breath Away”, and the title track were all singles. WEA tried to push this album, but bottom line was that it was just a so-so collection of songs to begin with. I was still playing her ’84 S/T album when Gettin’ Away With Murder was released, and still do.
