The Brief:
The Calloway brothers had left the band by the late ’80s, moving on to form their own group, Calloway. The remaining original members persevered to release their seventh studio effort simply titled ‘Midnight Star’. The first single featured Ecstacy of Whodini and the single reached the Top 10 on the Billboard Hot Black Singles chart.
