The Brief:
Greg Kihn’s biggest hit, ‘Jeopardy’ was the first of 3 singles released from the 1983 album “Kihnspiracy”. The song reached #2 on Billboard’s Hot 100 but, was denied the top spot by Michael Jackson’s single “Thriller”. It did, however, spend one week at #1 on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart. In the UK it went to #63 on the Singles Chart. The song was written by Greg Kihn and Steve Wright. John Luongo had remixing duties on this release.
