A #1 Hit on the Billboard Hot Dance/Disco chart in 1984, “Trommeltanz (Din Daa Daa)” is from George Kranz’s debut album ‘My Rhythm’ released in 1983. In addition to the dance chart, the song also entered the Billboard Hot Black Singles chart on January 7, 1984, reaching #61 during a 9 week run. The song was also featured during a memorable dance routine in the 1985 movie ‘Breakin’ 2: Electric Boogaloo’.
