The Brief:
Elton John’s eighteenth studio album was ‘Breaking Hearts’ in 1984. From that album came the single “Who Wears These Shoes” which was the highest debuting new entry on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart on September 8, 1984 at #54. It went as high as #16 during its 14 week run on the chart.
