The Brief:
“Love Is In Control (Finger On The Trigger)” is the first single released from Donna Summer‘s self-titled release for Geffen Records in 1982. The single was produced by Quincy Jones as was the album that it came from. This 12″ single, which has never been commercially released on CD, was remixed by Bruce Swedien and Craig Kostich and features an instrumental saxophone version by Ernie Watts on the B-side.
