The Brief:
This record is a promotional release of Don Henley’s contribution to the “Color Of Money” soundtrack. Released in 1986, this track only enjoyed moderate success, hitting #3 on the Billboard Hot Mainstream Rock Tracks but, didn’t make a dent on the Hot 100. The track was written by Henley along with his producer Danny Kortchmar and long time collaborator J.D. Souther.
