The Brief:
Grammy Award winning saxophonist David Sanborn started out in the late 60’s as a session player. He signed a recording contract with Warner Brothers and released his first album in 1975. “Believer” is from his eighth solo album, ‘Backstreet’, released in 1982. The song did not chart on any of Billboard’s major US charts.
