The Brief:
The second of three singles from DLR’s 1985 ‘Crazy From The Heat’ EP. “Just A Gigolo/I Ain’t Got Nobody (Medley)” debuted on the Billboard Hot 100 on March 23, 1985 at #70. It spent 17 weeks on the chart and peaked at #12.It also went to #25 on the Mainstream Rock Tracks chart. The remix on the B-Side has never been available on CD.
This record was in bad shape when I got it, there is still some vinyl noise in the recording but, nothing that I think detracts from listening.
