The Brief:
Cheryl Anne Norton began her career working with jazz/R&B artists Norman Connors and Michael Henderson, as well as touring with Luther Vandross. She signed with Tabu records in 1983 to record under the name Cherrelle. Her first LP was titled ‘Fragile’ which produced the R&B/Dance Top 10 song “I Didn’t Mean to Turn You On” and this single “Fragile…Handle With Care”.
