The Brief:
One of the 1980′s One Hit Wonders, Baltimora hailed from Italy and took the world by storm with their hit single “Tarzan Boy” in 1985. The single spawned an album, released in the US in 1986, titled “Living In The Background” which yielded moderate success on the Billboard 200 chart, peaking at #49.

This was huge here in 1985, and I recall this and Scritti Politti’s Perfect Way as being the two longest survivors in the Hot 100 that year that didn’t crack the Top 10.
